The weather forecast may be gloomy, but Auto Europe has good news for holidaymakers planning to escape the rain with a last-minute break abroad: there are still sizzling seasonal car hire bargains available for last minute travelers all across the USA as well as in Cyprus, Greece, Switzerland, South Africa and Australia.

The message for anyone looking to hire a car abroad during August 2009, is that there are still extremely competitive rates available in both Europe and long-haul destinations. Auto Europe advises that consumers should search car hire rates prior to committing to flights and accommodation as prices can vary widely between different destinations.

To help customers feel confident to book car hire as early as possible, Auto Europe will cancel or amend bookings for free as long as 48 hours or more notice is provided in advance of the agreed car hire collection time.
