Midwest Airlines (AMEX:MEH)  is offering sale fares for travel January 13 through September 30, 2008. Purchase Sunday, January 6 through midnight, Central time, on Tuesday, January 15 and at least seven days in advance of travel.

Sale fares are available to and from many cities served by Midwest from its hubs in Milwaukee and Kansas City, with easy connections to cities throughout the United States.    incur a $100 service charge, as well as a possible fare increase to a

   airport fee required at some airports, $3.50 per segment fee per
   passenger, and the “September 11th Security Fee” of $5-10 per passenger.
   Toronto travel does not include Canadian taxes of up to $10, airport
   improvement fee of $17, navigation surcharge of $14 and U.S. federal
