I've stayed at The Black Durgon which was extremely cheap, had a nice house reef, was right on the water and the people were friendly. I would prefer something a little more luxury though.
I've also stayed at both Den Lamen and Buddy Dive. They were both great resorts. Buddy dive was a lot more convienient where Den Lamens condos were a lot more upscale and resonably cheap. I think it was $900 for a week!
I would love to here about upcoming deals as Bonaire is always on my list of travel vacations!
