Springtime in Sicily is glorious, the fields blooming with poppies and wild flowers. And what better way to immerse myself in its natural abundance than from the seat of a bicycle? For eight glorious days, I left behind the frantic pace of daily life, rejuvenating both my body and soul on a cycling holiday that I came to call the 'Tour de Pasta'.
