Delivering a highly targeted, active and engaged audience, EllenBarone.com is continually evolving and branching out into new mediums, including audio podcasts, Internet radio and video storytelling, in search of new and exciting ways to better inform our readers’ travels – and their lives. 

As the name behind the brand, my focus has been on content creation and management, online marketing and advertising, as well as the cultivation, negotiation, and management of external relationships and partnership development.

A group travel blog, YourLifeIsATrip.com was founded on the belief that there is no division between your travels, your life, your soul, your wellbeing, your relationships, your money, your work and your play.  The site, recently honored with two first-place writing awards from the Western Chapter of the Society of American Travel Writers (SATW), features different voices, different subjects, all related by the common theme – life as a trip.  To learn more, visit www.YourLifeIsATrip.com.

Since its soft-launch in January 2009, thanks to an assemblage of 76+ contributors, the site has enjoyed rapid growth on the new reader and new subscriber fronts and attracted national media attention. Responsibilities include managing contributor content and postings/promotion schedule, planning editorial direction, developing strategic partnerships and revenue producing programs.
